If a genetic encoding or assembly has been mapped indicating "melanin-bias" (lol), that means centuries of human racism has been registered by the human genome and altered with its surrounding environments..
unfortunately biology is not as rigid as the conventional scientific methodology of observation-deduction-repetition0inference etc
in that case, human bias is also genetic and an illness

Anybody can map the precursor chemicals or chain of reactions and outline a conclusion that fits the parameters being tested.. sadly billions of years of evolution has ensured that the Biology of Life is not as retarded as its darling-Man.
I hope you do realize the level of xenophobia and melanin-concentration bias is directly proportional to level of generalized ignorance (which although not scientifically proven is genetic in nature). The cold truth is that as long as ignorance exists so will this bias and there is nothing that can be done about it.
