How do we differentiate between Male and Female excrement?

This never occurred to me before, but I was sitting in class listening to my lecturer blab on; when he said: HEY can u TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CRAP MADE BY MEN AND WOMEN? Crap in the literal sense here people. How do you suppose we do that?
