Things I hope would be different in the other Maldives

1. I hope they would have a white sandy beach instead of the depressing artificial one we used to have in Male' in the old Maldives

2. I hope to see everyone walking or riding a bicycle to work, school: including the president and ministers

3. I sure hope see the prices of food come down

That's all I can think for now, have to run and make love to my exam paper now... if you got anything you like to see in the other Maldives do share.

    Well. While I'm optimistic about the future, I do think it won't be that easy.

    Food prices for instance.. might take quite some time. It's a global thing.

    The president riding a bike to work? hehe. Let's see.

    And yes... the white, sandy beaches.. How I miss them!

    :-) Keep having newer and newer dreams!

    I hope for a breakdown in crime and drugs. Let the youth have something fruitful to do!

    You have missed the whole point of Aneh Dhivehirajje, In the other Maldives Maale is not the only island called Maldives but the whole archipelago. So therefore we have uncountable sandy beaches. Dude travel around.

    Sorry, I was talking about Male', since that's where I live and I would really like a white sandy beach there!

    Plus the whole point of this post was to point out, just caused we changed the Name "dhivehi raajje" to "aneh Dhivehi raajje" doesn't necessarily translate it into the paradise we all hope it would. Not unless we Maldivians start working SMART AND HARD!
