1. Maumoon Abdul Gayoom:
Sometimes referred to as the Father of environment, the sole voice in the international arena fighting for the right of low-lying-small nation states against the inevitable rise in earth's sea-level, the author of "Paradise Drowning". First person to sign the Kyoto -protocol.
Rose awareness on environmental issues, protected the "fragile ecology of the Maldives and have changed public perceptions of growth and development".
2. Urth 4 team (Urth, Fyre, Ayre, and Watr ):
Four ordinary humans who were installed with elemental forces and charged with the responsibility to protect our planet from the ravages of environmental indifference by Earth’s life force
3. Force of Nature:
A group of ex-villains brought together by the Project Earth to fight those who abuse the environment (Environmental Abusers :P ). Each member of this team represents one of the elements: Water Wizard became Aqueduct, Aireo became Skybreaker, a Plantman simuloid became Terraformer, and a new operative became Firewall
4. Europa:
She is an expert fencer, scuba diver and oceanographer. She has explored the darkest depths of the oceans and has developed the ability to control her breathing and oxygen intake (bradycardia - the capacity dolphins and sea lions use), enabling her to stay below water for many minutes. she combines all her expertise and her love of the natural world to become a committed environmentalist.
5. Captain Planet and the planateers:
Gaia the spirit of the earth makes five special rings each possessing the power to control one of the elements in nature and one to control the extra element-heart. The rings are sent to five special teenagers who are picked from the five major ethnicities of the world: Kwame (Earth), Wheeler (fire), Gi (water), Linka (wind) and Heart (Ma-ti). The purpose of the group is to defend the Earth during times of great disasters and to keep them from happening.
However when they cannot handle it by themselves they would combine their powers to call out for, Captain planet. Who posses all sorts of super-supers based on the circumstance he is in, he can fly, has great strength, the ability to blow hurricane force winds, telepathy, telekinesis, shapeshifting, and even matter transmutation.

How can that old man get the first place? what about the bluepeace? The Old guy talks a lot ya. But nothing seems to be changing on his policies to defend environment. He should have done atleast one thing to protect what he talks. Me thinks.
